About Us
ImmAid is a registered not for profit 501(c)3 that was set up to help immigrants connect to essential services. We are a group of dedicated people in the US and abroad who believe immigrants are the backbone of our society, and that immigration is a natural and welcome part of the evolution of humanity and the dispersion of knowledge, skills and wealth. We also recognize the daily struggles immigrants face and we are committed to helping them.
The ImmAid website aims to aid refugees and immigrants and connect them to services. Think of this almost like a local Facebook chapter for your ethnic, religious or linguistic group, that provides resources like discounted English classes, job fairs, chat rooms and networking events. These events are made possible by partnering with local businesses and community organizations such as the Pakistani Association of Greater Boston or Russian Community Association of Massachusetts, two organizations that have greatly helped our families with finding new opportunities.
ImmAid is made and run by volunteers. If you would like to develop the ImmAid program for your city of region, please feel free to email us through the 'Contact Us' link below
